Colonel J. Christopher Moss is the Commander of the 614th Air and Space Operations Center and the Director of the Joint Space Operations Center (JSpOC), Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA. The JSpOC is the central node for operational level command and control of the Department of Defense’s space assets. The unit provides Space Situational Awareness to senior military leaders and ensures combatant commanders have the space support needed to meet theater objectives.
