Col Jay P. Morgan, Commander, SMC Missile Defense Systems Group, is responsible for the development and program execution of the STSS research and development program, Near Field Infrared Experiment, and Advanced Technology Risk Reduction effort. The $4 billion program office supports the overall Missile Defense Agency’s Ballistic Missile Defense System.
