Sep 17, 2009 - Ms Joy White

Ms Joy White, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is the Director of Contracting, Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California. In this capacity, Ms White advises the Program Executive Officer for Space Programs on acquisition strategy, contract execution, and contracting policy/procedures. Ms White is responsible for over 600 contracts valued at $60 billion and the career development and training for over 250 military and civilian contracting professionals.
